Why haven't I gotten the discount that I applied for over a month ago, about to go on two months. I also emailed StudentRate three times and I haven't even gotten a response back.
Is there something I'm not getting? I followed the instructions word for word on the discount page. I also can't find a phone number to get in contact either. I could really use some help here
