It does look like sprint made significant changes in their programs and some of these changes have been to the already existing discounts as well. If we hear anything differently we will let you know. We submit the discount requests and if the person is qualified they will get the discount from Sprint.
But like I mentioned, there are times the person is approved for the discount and it changes on them and if you read the fine print on Sprint discount programs they do clearly indicate they have the right to change and/or terminate the program(s).
