Still haven't received the confirmation email. As stated in the above post, is there a specific time frame where the upgradable users get their orders processed?

Alex, Could you please let us that have not received a confirmation yet know something, if anything that you have not heard from sprint? Any news is better than no news. Thanks again, we really appreciate it.

I am sorry for not having any news. I am awaiting information from Sprint. As of this morning it looks like it will be resolved within a day or two but i don't want to give any information that is not definitive.

Hence why he is the man. Yea, it is frustrating that we don't have our phones by know but look on the bright side. Not many people have what we have. Deep discounts on the phone, alongside with the up to 23% on the bill every month. I say that's pretty great considering we have to wait for a bit, don't you agree guys?

I agree with you, especially in this economy, saving all the money you can save is always great.

I check this website so often, awaiting to hear the good news of having the EVO in stock.

I don't think we all get 23% off, we need an email address that belongs to the RI consortium?

last night i accidentally put my phone in washing machine, today must be the day. if it doesnt go online im going to have to send in the form.

BigGrin I would send in the form. Two reasons -- one let us do the watching for you, 2- our sprint studentrate.com web site will not show the evo even when it is in stock (sprint says this will be fixed by tomorrow).

when do you guys finish processing? i wont be home until like 6, so im guessing i might as well wait until tomorrow? and do you call the same day for payment info or later?

Here is the situation -- not definite but hopeful. I am hoping our members do not kill the messenger.

EVO will be available for upgrades and new purchases by this Friday (it is a stock issue). Epic is available for new purchases or adding a newline to an already existing account. The Epic upgrades should be done by end of week this week. I personally think it will be before then and it will coincide with them fixing our sites. I am trying to see if we can pull the orders out for those members who are tired of waiting and would like to incur the upgrade fee and get the device from a local store. waiting to hear on that.

I also am trying to get Sprint to waive the upgrade fee for you from the local store but does not look good.

Please stand by I will get you more info when I have it.

What the hell is sprints deal taking so long? I think they are trying to sell the epic out to new users and store/online buyers before us upgraders so when they get to us they will be on backorder. Sorry for being impatient and rantingBlushing.
