I bought my evo on October 15th and I still haven't received the student rate rebate or the car charger. I'm just wondering if I'm still going to get them?

Did you ever send your rebate request information to sprint@studentrate.com? Here is the process from the Sprint-Studentratre deal details:
Please note that if you are submitting your order confirmation information for the Studentrate-Sprint rebate deal you MUST include the following:
- Order Confirmation # (begins with ai-gvcc-#######) OR order # sent from Sprint
- Last name on the Sprint account
- Sprint Account# or Cell # on the Sprint account
- Studentrate Sprint Coupon Code
Please allow 6-8 weeks to receive your rebate and/or other promotion related items (although we typically turn around in less time).
If you did send in the information, please send me a PM with the above info and I will look into it for you.
Thanks,
PhoneGuy

Hi,
I'm just wondering if this offer is still valid? I'm a student at Santa Monica College. I've got a crappy MetroPCS phone and I am looking to get an Android through Sprint. :-)

I'm new to studentrate, I just randomly came across it as I am looking to get a discount off my monthly plan/a deal since I want to upgrade my phone (I am a current Sprint customer) to the Samsung Epic. There is a deal on studentrate for the Epic (like the Evo) but is down to "technical difficulties". If someone can help me out on the process, if it will be available soon, etc. Thanks.

I placed an order for two EVOs on 11/14/2010, and so far all has gone well except that i just got my first bill and none of the studentrate discounts are applied. The 23% discount isn't showing up nor is the $50 per line account credit on my bill (which i understand shows up as $25 on the first bill and the other $25 on the 2nd bill.)
So for my first bill I was expecting a 23% discount off my entire bill, plus a $50 credit (as I have two new EVOs on this plan) and then another $50 credit on my 2nd bill.
My other question is if these discounts aren't going through then how can I be sure I'll get $25 StudentRate rebate, the $20 HTC rebate through StudentRate, and the car chargers?
Please Advise.

I am in exactly the same boat. I purchased 2 Evos on 11/26/10. No discounts or credits are showing up. Also my plan was supposed to be 1600 minutes and it is showing up as 1500 minutes. The instructions aren't showing up either so I'm not even sure what else I have to do at this point. I just sent an e-mail to sprint@studentrate.com and hopefully somebody can help us. I don't want to port my number until I can get some certainty that these issues will be resolved. Otherwise I will have to return within my 30 days.

Hello,
I ordered the HTC EVO through the studentrate website over a month ago; GREAT DEAL!! Received it in a couple of days, all the sprint discounts are in place, and my first bill was as expected.
The question I have is, I haven't heard or received any info from studentrate about the studentrate/HTC rebate, or the free car charger. I did send an email to the email address mentioned on the promotion page when I was buying the phone, as soon as I got an order confirmation number from Sprint. And in the email I did include that number, as well as my last name, Sprint phone # and the promotion code I used for my purchase.
If I could get some info regarding the above mentioned things, from the admin, or anyone else who bought the phone using the promotion and has already received the rebates/car charger, I'd really appreciate it.
Thanks.

i would think given the timing of your order you rebate should be processed over the next few weeks. to be sure you can send an email to sprint@studentrate.com to check and see the status.

Why am I only getting 15% off on my first bill? I thought it was suppose to be 23%?
Also for my next bill (2nd) I do not see the discount being applied on the bill

I submitted the form for the EVO a couple of days ago and I haven't received a call. How long does it take?

Ok, this is annoying. I have submitted the form, and emaill sprint@studentrate.com. Still no contact has been made with me. I really need this phone seeing as my last one is useless right now and I refuse to continue with Verizon. I know it's he holidays but I submitted this over a week ago and still nothing. Help. The deal is almost over, If i submitted my info and nobody has contacted me, how exactly is this fair?
