Thanks Alex
I was wondering about my situation. Do I still receive the deals that were promised at the time I purchased my phone with the contract (ie. invis shield). I signed my contract through this site on Oct. 13. Thank you for your time.

I am experiencing a big problem...so as I stated before I took a look at my account and the 50 invoice credit is not showing...I called Sprint customer service and they told me" to go to the nearest sprint store and show them my receipt and they should take care of my invoice credit"...I did but the people from the sprint store said "that they do not give refund that customer service should know that and that I need to call customer service back". I call customer service back and they say that they don't know what I am talking about and they transferred to another department which was even more clueless....please help. Who do I need to speak to in order to receive my $50 invoice credit?
pls send your order number that starts with ai-gvcc with your order date and name mobile number to sprint@studentrate.com and he can help. the credit should show up if you entered the save50 code during checkout on your first and second bill when the bill becomes final.
this could have happened for two reasons -- you may have forgotten to enter the code or there was an issue with your account and sprint called you to verify information and they rekeyed your order and forgot to enter the code. if you were not charged the activation you probably forgot to enter the promo code.
but we can help.
Hi...all e-mails sent to sprint@studentrate.com receive an automated e-mail response which should serve as a confirmation receipt...we have been a finding that sometimes the e-mail is ending up in our member's spam folders so you may want to check there.
If not, then feel free to re-send your rebate request info to sprint@studentrate.com.
Thanks,
PhoneGuy
Good Morning Alex,
I sent the email last saturday and I have yet to receive any response from Student rate?? Should I resent the email?

Hi Tan,
If you entered your coupon code properly when you placed your order (in the Company/Organization Field) located in the Additional comments section OR if you sent an e-mail to sprint@studentrate.com with your order confirmation #, Sprint Cell # or Account # and your Sprint Billing name then you will receive any Studentrate related rebate and applicable free accessory within 6-8 weeks from the device activation date...so you are still within that time frame.
Thanks,
PhoneGuy

Hi PhoneGuy,
I did send in an email with my order confirmation number, sprint cellphone number, and billing name a while ago. I sent it in on October 15. I guess I am expected to receive it soon. Thank you for answering my question.

Hi,
Just checking to make sure I dont screw this up:
(Some history- my cell phone is under my mothers name and I need to change it over to my name. There is no exsisting contract, just on a month to month basis.)
According to a previous thread- I should first upgrade my line under the current line then change it to be under my name; inorder to keep the same number? How I be charged a cancellation fee, when I the number is realeased to me to open a new account?
Thanks,
Christina

Thank You for the response and yes I did receive the email confirmation by sprint student rate saying that my email was going to be directed towards the right representative. But afterwards, I haven't received anything in over a week. And I checked my spam folder and don't see any email from student rate
I will resend the email..Thank You on the help.

PhoneGuy Thank You very much.....now the $50 does appear on my invoice credit...spoke with a friendly representative that helped me and gave me a breakdown of everything that happened....pretty much the whole problem was that the order did got resubmitted and who ever resubmitted the order forgot to enter the 50promo code....
But everything is great and you guys have a great team..Thanks PhoneGuy and Alex

I was wondering how will I know if you receive my info for the rebate and everything is good and you are processing it? I send my e-mail to sprint@studentrate.com on the 18th of November and all that I got was an e-mail reply "Thank you for your message to Studentrate. Your e-mail is being routed to the appropriate Studentrate department to be addressed". Thank you for your cooperation Juan

yes you can migrate your account to the applicable discount by clicking on get discounts on the private store.
I am existing sprint customer as well - but I am unsure how can I get this 23% discount. Can you provide some more info on it please? Do I have to speak to someone at sprint for this?

Thanks for the reply - I will look into it - Just to make sure I understand it right, I purchased this EVO about 4 months back - Am I still eligible to get this 23% discount on my existing account? -
I did some maths looking at some other threads and seems like my plan of $69.99 will come up as
Monthly = $53.89+$10+tax
which is awesome If i can get it =)

read the fine print on the deals and pick the discount that is applicable to you. keep in mind applying the discount will extend your contract by 2 years (it wont stack it it will just extend it for 2 years from the date of migration). Your math however is correct.
