I think I did my studentrate correctly, but i thought firstname.lastname@studentrate.com actually ment putting the periods in between. I did this on at&t's website when I was migrating my account. Did I do this correctly? And if I didn't does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix the problem?

I called up two different ATT stores by my school and one said that the discount is only for employees and the other store said that they will do the discount for students. My question is since I am currently on a family with a blackberry without a contract will I need to sign a new contract to get the discount and can I get the discount for my family plan?

What does it mean when it says that the service discount will be determined monthly?

It is discount on your monthly recurring charges.

Hi,
When I try and register for the discount on the AT&T premier site it tells me that they have already received a discount application and to contact my Telecom Manager for the status? Could you please help me with this?
Thanks a lot.
Brian.
P.S. I did send an email with my details ot both att@studentrate.com and info@studentrate.com
Thanks again.

That means you already have the discount applied.  the best way to verify is to login to your att account.  if it shows you a studentrate FAN number that means your account is receiving the discount.

I followed the links and sent in the information for the discount to be applied.  How long does it take for the discount to be applied.

we usually take care of the discount applications during the week and during business hours.  if there are no issues we will send you the confirmation if there is anything we need to consult  you about we will contact you.

Thanks

Hey, I was wondering if you could still do this. I want to get an iPhone, but I do not have a SSN (I am Canadian studying in Boston) so I cant order it online. Or can I just go to an AT&T store, buy the phone and send in my information to get the discount.

Thanks,

Ian.

Is this offer still valid, and if so, if I use it with an iPhone 4S will I only get a discount on the monthly bill?
Thanks.
