I tried migrating my account using the promotional code on the coupon and my .edu email address, but received this response from T-Mobile: Quote:Thank you for contacting T-Mobile Business Care. I understand you would like to receive a corporate discount.
In order to complete the request we require that two employee identifiers be included. We currently accept the following as identifiers: e-mail address that includes the name of the company or association as well as all or part of your name, promotional code, work number, or employee id number. Please resubmit with this information or call 1-877-453-8824 to complete over the phone.
I hope that I have addressed all of your concerns today. If you require additional information or have any questions, please contact Business Care.
Did I miss something? Is there a work number or account ID number that can be used to activate the discount?

This was posted by P.T. under the deal -- "If you have a .edu account that doesn't contain your name, then you have to submit another identifier instead of your email. I supplied my 'company's phone number' (StudentRate's): (781) 497-5178"
It seems to have worked please give it a try.

You should be getting a minimum of 10% discount off your recurring monthly charges in addition to waived activation fee, $50.00 credit, free shipping and the special pricing on handsets for new activations. If you are an already existing customers you should be getting the 10% discount minimum. If you are not getting this please let me know. And the 10% discount will increase to 15% as we have more people sign-up to the program.
Please let me know what your inquiry was with T-Mobile so that I can investigate the response you have posted with my contacts at T-Mobile.

Can you explain? Thanks. I spoke with T-Mobile and they indicated to ignore this message as our program with them is relatively new. You will be receiving the discount on within 1 or 2 billing cycles.
