Alex,

I've posted here before but my girlfriend is finally ready to make the move to Sprint.  The Evo Shift is currently a penny on amazon store and that is the phone she likes.  She is also a college student like me and a member to student rate.

So let me see if I get this right.  She would need to purchase her phone through Amazon Wireless via the link from student rate correct?  Once she does that she will have to fill out the form provided by Student Rate to receive the discount on her monthly bill?  Is that correct.

Does she need to do anything else?  Other than getting the phone cheap through Amazon and getting a % off her bill (is that still going for Sprint?) will she get any other credits?

Just trying to get the best deal for her.

thanks.

Hey Alex,

I'm about to switch to Sprint (I just pre-ordered the EVO 3D at Amazon Wireless before finding out about StudentRate).

I know its too late to do the amazon wireless link since I've already placed my order.

Do you have any suggestions on what I could do to take advantage of StudentRate's Sprint discount / deal? Would I go through this link after I've activated my service (http://wireless.studentrate.com/Sprint.aspx)?

Thanks,
Al

Will the 23% discount for Sprint apply if you are are a college student only and NOT an employee at the college you attend?

Hello! Sorry, I'm a little confused on this, if I click the Amazon link at the beginning of this thread, order a t-mobile phone and extend my contract, and then send my order number to support@studentrate.com, what kind of discount do I receive? Does this work with t-mobile, or just AT&T and Sprint? Thank you!!

it works with all but we would prefer you use the t-mobile deal on the site.

I recently used your link to purchase my phone from Amazon wireless with a new Sprint account and sent you guys the information to the appropriate email. However I have not yet seen the discount applied to my account. Is there a way to get this taken care of?

if you did send it in we will take care of it and you will get a confirmation from Sprint.
