I was basically just told the same thing.  If Sprint JUST changed their policy, yet I signed up as a new customer when this was in effect, why should I be affected now?  I am an alumni & no longer have an active school account as I graduated 7 years ago.  I just left Verizon after 10 years so my bill would be lower

they said i'm not eligible with my work domain.  I knew that already since i don't work for a huge corporation.  They kept saying they are sorry for any inconvenience it caused

Hi. I pre - ordered my phone the first week of October and I still have not received any emails or confirmations saying my discount will be applied. I have called and emailed but still haven't heard anything. When should we be hearing back? I would appreciate a reply. Thanks so much!!

Probably this week or next.  That is the info they shared with me when I spoke with them last week.

it may take up to 2 billing cycles.  and it will show up on your bill.  if it does not just send them an e-mail and they will confirm.

i know they are working on getting the discounts to their members.  it usually takes 2 billing cycles to be reflected.

I have just paid for my 2nd Sprint cell phone bill and have yet to receive a confirmation email. Should I still expect an email from Student Rate or will the discount be applied to the 3rd cell phone bill?

I just paid for my 3rd Sprint cell phone bill. STILL have not gotten a confirmation email. NO discount was applied to my bill.
