If you signed up to the student rate/sprint service, and use the promo code "SAVE50", ensure that it has been credited to your account. Apparently, Sprint canceled mine for no reason, so now after calling, they will credit it to my account.

They must have rekeyed your order and forgot to enter the code. If you enter SAVE50 during the purchase and the order is fullfilled without cancellation and rekeying you should not have this problem.

What is the code for the Sprint discount? I am a new Sprint customer trying to add onto my boyfriend's family plan, but when I hit the "click for code" button it just brings me to the Sprint site but does not provide a code. I am talking about the deal on the link below:
http://www.studentrate.com/StudentRate/ucf/get-ucf-student-deals/Sprint-Student-Rate-Member-Discount--/0
Please help!!!!

Sprint Wirefly,
I added a phone almost two months ago, I have yet to see my discount, I have sent several emails regarding this issue and they have all gone unanswered. What is up?

I noticed I posted here, in reference to a sprint discount that did not hit my account and it was removed. Whom do I need to contact, I tried your email twice, maybe three times and the emails go unanswered.

I recently signed up for new Sprint service using the StudentRate deal but it doesn't look like any discount of any kind has been applied to my new account. Is there someone I can contact about getting this worked out? I sent my original request to sprint@studentrate.com on 9/16.
Thanks in advance!

I was just wondering if anyone ever had any luck getting that Studentrate Rebate for the Sprint HTC EVO 3d deal that was from way back in June? The last update I received was in mid September and they said they hadn't sent them out to anyone yet.

Hello, I contacted Sprint regarding the discount on my monthly bill that you offer, and they had the following reply:
"According to our records, currently " studentrate.com" is not included
in the list of the companies eligible for the ‘Nationwide Volume
Program’ discounts."
So I'm hesitant to send my account information to StudentRate, as this is all the information needed to access my account.
Please advise.

I am moving from T-Mobile to sprint to get the iphone. Heard horror stories about the network speed of sprint. Can anyone share their experiences here.

I recently added sprint and I haven't received any emails back from studentrate.com. I was wondering what I needed to do in order to get the discount and refund.

I just signed up for a new account with Sprint through Amazon. I signed up for a family plan with two phones. I am getting the $129.99 plan plus $20 smartphone fees and $16 for insurance.
how much is the discount, and how do I get it?

the discount is between 15-23% just send your info to sprint@studentrate.com with your school/work email address and they will get you your discount.
