get the iphone 4 instead of the 4s and send in your order info and they will process your info for your discount. i know they are a little overwhelmed with the iphone release.

sorry i'm new to this website I just have a few questions!
it seems that mostly everyone is posting about Sprint-.......is the 10% still applicable to Verizon?? would it work for the iphone 4S?? If it is not applied to the data plan, is it applied to the minutes/texting portion of the monthly bill??

It needs to be purchased using the link on StudentRate which we will post within a day. The preorders will start on the 8th (not the 7th). So stand by. The discounts will be 23% for sprint 20% on ATT and 10% for verizon on the monthly service charges alone (the data piece is not discountable.)

The 69.99 would be 23% less.
I have an upgrade next month and my girlfriend has one in January. Can the discount be added for each upgrade??

I got this deal back when they were doing the pre-order of the EVO 3D. I'm now getting the discount on my bill. It takes a couple months for the discount to show but it did.

I ordered on the 28th and sent my order details to studentrate then, but I have still not received a confirmation email about the discount. Is this normal?

Thanks compton, for keeping us up to date. I haven't received my confirmation email either, but it's good to know that we should be expecting it.
I do have an inquiry though - I sent my order details & information RIGHT after I ordered the iPhone 4S. At that point, I didn't know the cell phone number that Sprint would issue me, but I wanted to send in my info to StudentRate as soon as possible. I finally get a confirmation email from Sprint with the cell phone number that they gave me, and I then emailed StudentRate again the same info WITH the cell phone number.
My question is this: If I change my cell phone number AND billing address, should I email StudentRate again with this new info?

Doesn't work if you not a student, even though I asked before hand. Got an email 30days later from studentrate stating that I need to be a student. Now im stuck with this carrier for 2years with no discount. Thnx for nothing.
