Hello, I signed up for ATT's 10% discount for students. I am an existing customer so how do go ahead and make the discount work for my account. Can somebody please help me regarding this. I did sent an email to att@studentrate.com with my first and last name,last 4 digits of my social and my zip code, please let me know how do i proceed from here

Does it matter whether I purchase the phones from Amazon Wireless or through AT&T website? There are some phones I'm not seeing on the Amazon Wireless website.

I plan to upgrade my phone and keep my family plan. does the student rate discount (10%) work for family plans? I'm on verizon.
