Weeks/months? from what i gathered, upgrades are taking longer than new costumers? and im under the influence that it takes a couple of days for them to get to you. im new to sprint so im hoping it doesnt take weeks.i think im giving them 10 days. if by the 20th i dont get the epic i might just have to get it from a different private store. my verizon cycle ends on 25th, if i dont port my number by 25th i will be charged one more month, on top of sprint. yeah that aint happening, i despise verizon, not giving them another 190$ for a month of service i cant use.

thank you and much appreciated You cannot cancel and then rejoin Sprint. There is a 3 month waiting period. Are you canceling because they are no longer giving employee discounts on lines 3-5? I would recommend staying with Sprint. Is your upgrade date nearby? If so, you can upgrade through Student Rate AND get the 15-23% off (depending on which one you are eligible for). You won't find a cheaper plan than Sprint, so don't cancel.

The EVO 4G is supposed to be in stock today? I am waiting to place my order, however, I was looking at the Sprint Epic and testing out placing an order with it, and I can't seem to find a place to put in the $25 SR code. I put it in the one that you put the $50 code into, however, it says it cannot be used with this offer. I am a tad bit confused. Can I place an order by sending an email to epic@studentrate.com for the EVO 4G?

There are no EVOs in stock still, the litmus test is if it is available on the Sprint.com then we have it available. The Epic is now available on our sites both for new purchases and upgrades. All the Epic upgrades have been processed. If you have not received an email from Sprint notifying your order processing confirmation please let us know.

alex, im a little confused with my order. this is minor and i kind of dont care, but im sure sooner or later someone will bring this up. my everything data family plan 1500 for 3 lines is 150 before discounts. so 23% of it should be 115.5. for me it said 120.08 and then added 10$ for 4g cuz only one epic and two dumb phones for parents. so for me it came out the deal is 20%, and with that 4g fee it is really 13%. did the site calculate something wrong or am i seeing something incorrectly? I know the 10$ fee is not discounted.
