YOu can apply the discount if you are an already existing customer of T-Mobile as long as you are a StudentRate.com member. They will ask you for proof just send them a screenshot of your profile with you rname and member id.

NEVERMIND. For existing customers: I just called the 866 number and prompted me to go to t-mobile.com/corpdiscount to download and fill out the Corporate Discount Form and mail it back or fax. the $50.00 credit is manual and will be done within 60 days of the service activation. the monthly discount should show on your bill if it does not call tmobile and inquire and give them the promo code.

it should be an automatic discount if you ordered it though the link provided here then the prices on the monthly plan should automatically reflect the discount. I would call the toll free number listed here and give them the account info and ask them whether your account is under the promo code in the deal. this should not even be necessary but

that is perfectly normal. for online orders you should have seen an order confirmation screen when you completed the order. T-Mobile reviews the order before processing it. So within one to two business days your order will be processed and they will contact you if they need any additional information.
when will i get the order number? FYI: when you called tmobile CS, you need to ask to be connected to the Business Sales Department
